Epsilon Knowledge is the leading Oracle Partner in Australia for the User Productivity Kit (UPK, also formerly known as OnDemand) since 2005 and is fortunate enough to have on board a team of deeply experienced personnel to provide the implementation, training and on-going support services for this software.
Technical Support
Epsilon Knowledge has a technical support team to address any technical issues relating to the implementation, content migration/export and upgrade of the software.
UPK Developers Training Courses.
Epsilon Knowledge provides a range of training courses for UPK developers at all levels.
- Mastering UPK Course. A two-day training course that caters for new UPK developers with little to no prior experience with the software. The course is typically delivered on-site so that developers can be trained to use UPK against the intended target application and can cater up to six people.
- UPK “Refresher/Transition” Course. A one-day training course that is aimed at UPK developers who: haven’t used the UPK software for a period of time and/or need to be trained on the skills required to transition to a later software version. The course is often customised to meet requirements and typically carried out on site.
- Usage tracking and customisation course. A one-day training course is aimed for trained administrators who are responsible for monitoring the UPK content usage. This course will cover the basics of administration tracking as well as accessing the several standard reports provided with this function to extract required information and custom report creation if required.
- UPK Pro (Knowledge Pathways). A one-day training course for UPK Developers who need to develop learning paths and assessments in UPK Pro.
